identify anyone in this football team ?
If you can, email photos@sensorland.com

have received an email from Mac (Anthony) McHugh with the following
information :
"This
is the Goodyear's works team from some time late twenties. The
only person I recognise is the goalie , (James) Bernard McHugh,
my grandfather . The Pattingham connection came about because
Goodyear had tyre storage in Ackleton ,where he worked. The connection
got stronger when he married my grandmother, one of Joe Law's
daughters. I can identify relatives on some of the other photos,

Florence
Mary Law neé Edwards 1910
Email from Mac (Anthony) McHugh 27.2.2012 - "This is
my great grandmother, John Edward's daugther and Albert's sister.
Don't be deceived by her elegant appearance. She was every inch
the hard-working wife of a farmer, involved in everything from
'pig killing day' to making jams, pickles and preserves. Her
homemade parsnip wine could ' take the legs out of Hercules'."
