'Fish & Chip'
Jumper/Hat Knitting Pattern
Newly
born babies of Africa, many suffering from Aids, are called 'Fish
& Chip' babies because they leave hospital wrapped in newspapers
for warmth.
To replace the newspapers, we are asking for those of you who
can knit, to make small woollen jumpers and hats, all to be sent
out directly to parts of Kenya, Uganda and South Africa.
If you would like to contribute to the knitted garments, the
necessary instructions and patterns can be downloaded. download
